Lukman Aderibigbe is a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience in business development, strategic sales, and operations across Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chemgate Integrated Services, a leading provider of upstream chemicals and specialty lubricants, where he has successfully positioned the company as a trusted partner to major industrial players. Prior to founding Chemgate, Mr. Aderibigbe held senior leadership roles at Eterna Plc, where he managed over 100 industrial and commercial clients and significantly expanded the company’s lubricant portfolio among top-tier industrial organizations. Renowned for his strong relationship-building skills and strategic business insight, he has consistently delivered value through innovative approaches to market growth, client acquisition, and operational excellence. Since joining the Board of Robot Energy Limited in 2025, Mr. Aderibigbe has brought a fresh, creative perspective to business development, championing innovation and profitability across the company’s value chain. His strategic input continues to strengthen Robot Energy’s market position and corporate governance framework. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Polymer Engineering from Lagos State University. In addition, he has attended several executive programs at leading business schools, including the Lagos Business School.
